Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2021 and will continue to be accepted until all spots are filled. The final application deadline is May 14, 2021.

International Transcript Information for Graduate Students
All applicants with international transcripts are required to send these transcripts for a professional evaluation by one of the following credential evaluation service providers listed below. This evaluation must be sent directly from one of the evaluation agencies below directly to The Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy at UH Hilo, Ph.D. Admissions.
In addition, applicants must send both a transcript, in the original language from the source institution as well as an English translation (if available from the source institution) directly to the DKICP at UH Hilo. Transcripts, which are printed in languages other than English, must be accompanied by an official translation. Some colleges and universities provide transcripts in both languages. Please check with your school.

Application Review
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed until all spots are filled for the following Fall semester. The DKICP Office of Student Services receives applications and supporting documents and maintains the applications through final notification. If you do not hear from us within 30 days of your submission of your application, please contact the DKICP Office of Student Services at (808) 932-7700.
Applications that meet the admission criteria will be forwarded to the Pharmaceutical Sciences Admissions Committee for a comprehensive review and consideration into the program.
(Please note: Meeting of the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Acceptance into the program is competitive.)
